I have recently changed my shop name from Fragrances 4 You to SBL Soap Supplies. Until I run out, labels will still say Fragrances 4 You

One of my hobbies is making soap and bath & body products, so i know how quickley materials can add up. I decided to start up my own shop. Originally I was going to sell lots of soap making supplies but with the recent sale increase of my soaps i dont have the time to run another large shop. Occassionally I will be selling soap making supplies, but I will mainly be selling fragrance oils and colourants.  

A bit about my payment terms etc...

I send all of my items off via Royal Mail 1st Class unless otherwise stated. I aim to get your item out to you as quick as possible. I normally post out the day after i have received payment. Sometimes i will post out the same day but that only depends on whether i'm at work.

I ALWAYS get a certificate of postage, which i keep for 28 days. I cannot however be held responsible for items that get lost in the post, but i will assist you in any way that i can in claiming your money back.

I do not sell fake, or faulty goods. The descriptions are always acurate. ( why lie about something?) However if you are not completely satisfied with your item, or it is damaged in anyway then i will give you a refund minus any postage costs. This is on the condition that you return the item(s) to me at your own cost.
